Our guest house III is a brick house with a built-in roof sleeping area, which is ideal for family and friends holidays, as the guest house recalls the memories of typical retro holiday cottages.

Our guest house III is located in a residential area of the town, in a quiet environment, yet close to everything.

It can accommodate up to 10 people in total, with a loft bedroom with a double bed, 6 sofa beds and a TV with a picture tube. On the ground floor, in the living room, guests have the possibility to use a pull-out sofa bed. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet, a dining room and a fully equipped cooking area.

The guest house also has a covered terrace, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a delicious lunch.

Guests can park their cars in the enclosed, grassy courtyard, and there is also a bacon oven and a barbecue area in the garden, with a rack, a kettle and spits provided.

Our basic policy

• COVID-19: Our guesthouses are always open to visitors in accordance with current legislation.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Due to the authentic nature of the guest house, it is NOT suitable for partying and raving! Damages must be paid in any case.
• The installation of swimming pools or any other bathing/beach facilities is FORBIDDEN.
• If heating is used between 1 April and 31 May or between 1 September and 1 November, the heating fee is paid separately as an additional cost based on the amount of energy consumed or the daily usage fee.
• A deposit is required to finalise the booking.
• Please transfer the deposit within 3 working days of booking.
• The balance of the accommodation fee is payable on arrival.
• Only those whose details are in the guest book and who sign the guest book and accept the rules of the house (posted in the guest house) are allowed to stay in the guest house.
• If unannounced stays are detected, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund of the accommodation fee.
• Reservations are NOT refundable.
