Our guesthouse I is a traditional farmhouse, where guests can discover an original buffalo oven and original, authentic decorative elements! The hand-painted earthenware plates and the original wooden beams invite you to a real journey through time!

Our guesthouse I is located in the residential area of the settlement, 80 m from the main road, so it is in a quiet environment, yet close to everything.

The farmhouse has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate entrance with a bathroom and 2 toilets.

It can accommodate up to 15 people in total, with a choice of 3 double beds, 3 adult bunk beds and 2 sofa beds. The beds are divided into two bedrooms with TV and there is also a separate room in a separate building for large groups.

The farmhouse also has a large covered terrace, which is ideal as a social space for larger groups.

Guests can park their cars in the enclosed, grassy courtyard, and there is also a bacon oven and a barbecue area in the garden, with a rack, a kettle and spits provided.

Our basic policy

• COVID-19: Our guesthouses are always open to visitors in accordance with current legislation.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Due to the authentic nature of the guest house, it is NOT suitable for partying and raving! Damages must be paid in any case.
• The installation of swimming pools or any other bathing/beach facilities is FORBIDDEN.
• If heating is used between 1 April and 31 May or between 1 September and 1 November, the heating fee is paid separately as an additional cost based on the amount of energy consumed or the daily usage fee.
• A deposit is required to finalise the booking.
• Please transfer the deposit within 3 working days of booking.
• The balance of the accommodation fee is payable on arrival.
• Only those whose details are in the guest book and who sign the guest book and accept the rules of the house (posted in the guest house) are allowed to stay in the guest house.
• If unannounced stays are detected, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund of the accommodation fee.
• Reservations are NOT refundable.
